Strategic messaging projects
Take control of the narrative
A strategic messaging project gets you up to speed quickly, with minimal investment of time and resources. In just days, we create your strategic messaging architecture and align your people around an irresistible narrative.
5 INTENTS™ is my proven methodology for creating strategic messaging, based on how the human brain processes information and decades of real-world sales and marketing experience.
Fascinate
Educate
Differentiate
Validate
Motivate
“Do these five things well and at the right time, and you will be irresistible to your market.”
A streamlined process
Execution is the key to a successful project. I will work intensively with leadership and key stakeholders to co-create the messaging architecture.
The first meeting
We check if we are a match in an open discussion about your goals, priorities, and expectations. If you are serious about growth, and your plans don’t involve harming other people or the planet, you’re good to go.
Messaging workshops
We collect information about what resonates with your audience in workshops with leadership and key customer-facing people, in person when possible and remote when required. Sessions take 2-3 hours and are recorded.
The 5 INTENTS™ Strategic messaging canvas
I process the recorded discussions into a comprehensive messaging architecture. At the end of every project day, I share versions, and we build consensus on the narrative.
Deliverables and roll-out
We check if we are a match in an open discussion about your goals, priorities, and expectations. If you are serious about growth, and your plans don’t involve harming other people or the planet, you’re good to go.
Follow-up projects
Individual solutions for unique challenges
After a messaging project, clients often ask me to stay on as an advisor. I help them implement the messaging and meet unique challenges. I typically:
- Act as a sparring partner for leadership
- Coach marketing, sales, or customer success teams
- Review and update messaging regularly.
- Help respond to market evolutions (eg. New competitors)
